The Lake Louise Teahouse was built by the Canadian
Pacific Railway at the beginning of the 20th century, over a hundred
years ago! It is a fairly steep trail that will take a couple
of hours to hike. The views of Lake Louise through the trees from
ever higher and higher elevations makes the hike well worth it.
There are also two small, green, lakes on the trail. Order lunch
at the teahouse and watch the birds fluttering across the lake
nearby. Stand atop the cliffs at a trickly waterfall and peer
straight down the valley. This is a hike you will remember.
